The meat industry is one of the biggest contributors to climate change, yet demand for poultry, beef, pork, and other animal proteins continues to rise. Although they’ve been a solid alternative, plant-based meats haven’t been able to emulate the sensory and physical properties of animal protein.

While the industry is new and not without challenges, it’s also ripe with investment opportunities and the prospect of changing the landscape of the $1T meat market. We’re excited to see how these applications progress over the next few years. Click here to download our research brief for more on the future of cell-based meat.
